We seek highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as a Supply Chain Analyst in our Global Asset Services team to ensure timely and accurate processing and execution of Marketing tasks for BHP. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the pioneer group for our new centre located in BGC.

Core Marketing process executed by the team include:

  • Billing document creation and cancellation
  • Letter of credit presentation and electronic title transfer processes
  • Material movement ticketing
  • Shipping document creation and maintenance
  • Operating/ updating/maintaining SAP system
  • SAP updates to nomination, sales orders, contracts and delivery legs
  • Prepare shipping documentation

Skills & Experience

  • Possess a good understanding of processing within a high volume transactional environment.
  • Have a good understanding of business processes and administration
  • Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships, work with and influence a range of cross functional stakeholders
  • Possess good communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP Procure to Pay or similar ERP P2P processes. 
  • Possess good working knowledge of process improvement processes and methodology
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Other languages are favourable but not essential such as Japanese and Mandarin
  • Prior experience in international trade, freight, distribution, contract law, incoterms and financial instruments would be desirable, but not mandatory
  • Various Shifts available – day shift (8.30am – 5.30pm), afternoon shift (12.00pm – 9.00pm) and night shift (9.00pm – 6.00am)
