We are currently seeking a Specialist in Metrics and Reporting to join the team who will report into the Programme Manager

About the Opportunity

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Working with the technology SGRC teams, the portfolio and planning team as well as group functions, to ensure alignment with and compliance to, Group Level Documents relevant to the area of responsibility.

The incumbent will also need to engage with the function wide programs and projects to develop consolidated reporting of cybersecurity schedules and financial performance.

This will be in addition to the creation and tracking of complex status updates, interactions and inter-dependence across multiple projects and teams, along with the construction of easy-to-digest snapshots, project schedules, dashboards, metrics and milestone status in various forms.

It will also be necessary to record incoming program office tasking and tracks responses, to update tracking documentation for tasking, correspondence, brief preparation, and other external requirements for the Programme Manager, to monitor the schedule of tasking, correspondence, and program briefs and lastly to improve coordination and reduce response times.

Ultimately, it is important in this role to maintain project schedules and coordination of calendars to accommodate program/project review meetings; This is why attendance is required at program/project reviews, seminars, conferences as well as coordination of the printed materials to be used.

In this role you will need to be comfortable with ambiguity and able to deal with an evolving complex/global work environment.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Microsoft applications i.e. Word, Excel, OneNote, Project and PC-based computer expertise, along with strong written and excellent verbal communication skills.

A Bachelor's degree, which is mandatory for this role, as well as significant experience in a related field. Industry certifications current or working towards (i.e. CISA, CISM and CISSP) are also preferred.
